SMBO Proposes New Rule on Referrals for Health Services
Comment until Feb. 6
The State Medical Board of Ohio has proposed a new rule and is seeking public comment. The proposed Ohio Administrative Code language pertains to referrals and cross-referrals for designated health service. It is at the very beginning of the rule review process and will undergo future comment periods. Changes might be recommended after public input is reviewed.
The proposal is available for comment until Feb. 6.
