Grievance Policy

The 2026 Ohio Osteopathic Symposium is designed to comply with the Uniform Guidelines for Accrediting Agencies of Continuing Medical Education. Questions or complaints concerning the program should be submitted in writing and directed to the Executive Director. All grievances will receive an initial written response within 30 days of receipt. Additional information concerning compliance may be obtained by contacting the Bureau of Osteopathic Education of the AOA at: 142 E. Ontario St., Chicago, IL 60611-2864.
